3rd car purchase from this dealership. This salesperson Jennifer, was excellent compared to last we had. A supervisor, who couldn't wear a mask, was brusk and pushy to "sign here and here, fast." Now i know this doesn't happen every time but i couldn't give a 5 star rating this time.. My last service appointment was outstanding.. This one not so much.. Oily handprints on my hood of my 2020 RAM 1500. give a 5 star rating this time.. My last service appointment was outstanding.. This one not so much.. Oily handprints on my hood of my 2020 RAM 1500. Not to mention the oil that was smeared all over 2/3 of my left fender. Kinda disappointed. Then when i asked where my vehicle was parked. I was told it was in the row behind the wall to the left.. Couldn't find my vehicle. It was parked outside the entrance door and to the right.. Found it by hitting the remote start.. Love the sound of my truck.. Im sure the next service will be better because like i said the first was outstanding!! Lithia has a great bunch working for them and i know things happen when you get busy but sometimes you just have to slow down and ask yourself if i was the customer would this be acceptable? More

Not impressed said time to change oil 1 hour 10 minutes. Almost 2 hours. Employees walking by you in waiting are within a foot. Supposed to wipe my truck down after service didn’t. Almost 2 hours.
