Came in for oil change+tire rotation, had appt. I was told it would take 1hour. 3 hrs later an a sheared off tire bolt it was finally done. Julie was great, kept me updated, but a simple service that tak told it would take 1hour. 3 hrs later an a sheared off tire bolt it was finally done. Julie was great, kept me updated, but a simple service that takes less than 45 minutes to do, takes 3 hours when you have an appointment, it's mildly irratating as it made me excessively late for other important appointments, one that I had to cancel.
