Staff were very friendly! My only issue is that at check in for my 2pm oil change I was informed that service was short staffed and my oil change would be done between 4 and 4:30. When I set the appointme in for my 2pm oil change I was informed that service was short staffed and my oil change would be done between 4 and 4:30. When I set the appointment it was noted that I would be Waiting for the car and would expect 3 to 3:30. I ultimately got checked out a little before 5pm. Once the crew knew times would Be a challenge down a couple service Folks, a Call to show up closer to 3 or :30 would have been appreciated. Things happen! All fine other than the lengthy wait. More

The worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. We are 1.5 months into a deal and still have not received our vehicle. Our calls and text get ignored. They have all the paperwork as of three days ago and have months into a deal and still have not received our vehicle. Our calls and text get ignored.
