Let me preface this whole review with one thing. It is honestly hit or miss on which person you get on checking in. My luck the first few years of service was amazing but over the last 1-2 years has lack honestly hit or miss on which person you get on checking in. My luck the first few years of service was amazing but over the last 1-2 years has lacked the follow through you once had Most everything was ok. One concern I had was my sensor for a tail light out keeps coming on. I let them know and was told when I picked up the vehicle that all lights were checked and working. I left got in the vehicle and the sensor was still on. I went back in and stayed the light was still on. A service tech noticed me waiting and asked the if everything was ok. I let him know what was up and he stated he was there when lights were checked and all worked. He was very helpful I believe his name was Steve. When I stated the sensor was still coming on to the gentleman that checked me in he asked if I wanted it looked at. I did bring that up at check in and was told at pick up that everything was good. I was not told until I asked that it would need to be looked at again for sensor diagnostics. Long story short i should have been made aware that the sensor was not checked only bulbs. I took my truck in to do a oil change and tire rotation. When I went to check out they didn't rotate my tires. They asked if I wanted to take it back into the shop and rotate the tires. I said no I was leav When I went to check out they didn't rotate my tires. They asked if I wanted to take it back into the shop and rotate the tires. I said no I was leaving to go on a road trip I would have them rotated at a later date. I got into my truck and drove to Moses Lake. I got out of my truck and notice oil dripping from underneath driver side. Climbed under my truck and the whole underneath was covered with oil. The oil plug was hanging on by half of a thread. The oil barely registered on the dip stick. Called the service department spoke to Todd, explained what happened. He apologized for the service wanted to send me a tow truck. I declined the tow truck and drove it acrossed the street to get a 2nd oil change for the day and a truck wash. I was told to save my receipts and would be reimbursed. Mark called me back and said at my earliest convenience to drop off my truck for a complimentary detailing inside and outside. More
