Drove all the way in from Kettle Falls For recall fix only to sit in waiting room for 2 hours and then be told system Was down and can’t fix and should go home. Wasted my entire day. Employee apologize only to sit in waiting room for 2 hours and then be told system Was down and can’t fix and should go home. Wasted my entire day. Employee apologized but did not offer any Solution.
