Tony was great to work with. My only complaint was that it took so long to get a rental car at my first appointment. I literally waited at the dealership from 9:30 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoo it took so long to get a rental car at my first appointment. The next day they determined that they had to order a part from the factory. On my second appointment Tony had a dealership loaner waiting for me when I dropped my car off in the morning.
