Was not able to identify the issue as it had started working again prior to arriving to the appt. Staff was friendly but not incredibly helpful since the issue wasn’t identified. Had to take my cell pho working again prior to arriving to the appt. Staff was friendly but not incredibly helpful since the issue wasn’t identified. Had to take my cell phone to see if that was the issue. Was told when arriving that if the issue was found to not be a defect with the car that I would have to pay the diagnostic fee. I’ve never had any dealerships prior to this one do that. Not super impressed with the dealership. More

My daughters 2018 Jeep Compass suddenly had an issue with the electrical system. Had it towed to the dealer and was greeted by Julie Winkler in the service dept who was very nice and took care of us. the electrical system. Had it towed to the dealer and was greeted by Julie Winkler in the service dept who was very nice and took care of us. She called us a couple hours later and said both of the batteries failed and they covered it under warranty. We didn’t realize it had two batteries. Great experience and will do business there again. More
