We brought our Dodge Durango in after it overheated once as a precaution. After adding coolant, we had no further issues, but wanted the dealership to inspect it just to be safe. We scheduled a Friday drop as a precaution. After adding coolant, we had no further issues, but wanted the dealership to inspect it just to be safe. We scheduled a Friday drop-off around lunchtime and were told we’d hear back that same afternoon or evening. We never received a call. After an entire weekend with no updates, I called Monday morning and was told a “case manager” would contact me within two hours. That never happened. When I went to the dealership in person later that day, I found out the vehicle had not been looked at at all—four days after drop-off. I was told our case manager had taken time off, which raises the question: why schedule intake if no one is available to handle it? After multiple days of silence, we finally received a diagnosis six days later. No issues were found (which is great), but we were still quoted for “precautionary” maintenance, including a thermostat replacement and brake fluid service—even though the brake pads were within spec. Communication continued to be poor. We had to repeatedly follow up ourselves, and even after giving authorization over the phone for the work, we were later told it wasn’t completed because we didn’t fill out an emailed invoice—despite clearly stating we were waiting to confirm warranty coverage first. To make matters worse, when my wife was called pick up the vehicle, she discovered the requested work wasn’t fully completed and had to wait until Monday for everything to be completed. The interaction she had with the case manager at pick up was unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating: Lack of communication Vehicle sat for days without inspection Confusing and inconsistent authorization process Incomplete work after multiple delays Poor customer service This is especially disappointing considering I’ve purchased four Dodge and Ram vehicles since 2020, including 2 from this dealership. At this point, I have very little confidence in bringing my 2026 Ram here for service. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered More

Kristian (Kris) is an amazing advisor. The staff are all very kind and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Communication is amazing and service is above and beyond! I had taken my vehicle to your store on MLK Blvd for a rough idle on October 14th, 2025. I talked with service manager Kevin Cox and told him I’d like the diagnostic for why the car was idling rough and rough idle on October 14th, 2025. I talked with service manager Kevin Cox and told him I’d like the diagnostic for why the car was idling rough and he told me that would be a $175 fee for the diagnostic. A few hours later I was sent a text message listing everything they noticed with the car. I called and retold him I only wanted the issue regarding the idle repaired. He listed several things that could be the culprit and told me there were also a few oil leaks that needed repair. I agreed to the oil leaks and other items to resolve the idle issue. When picking up my vehicle I paid $2123.77. I was shocked at the expense, but if it was resolved I would be satisfied. Upon starting the car, it was still idling rough. I went inside and complained to Kevin Cox. He told me that the car was “very dirty” and acted like the issue was my fault. This car has had oil changes every 3,000 miles and the larger 75k and other regular maintenance has been done at Jeep dealerships, so that seemed ridiculous. The car is only used for regular street driving and is in very good physical condition. It has never been in an accident or given me any other type of issues. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager recommended I leave the car so it could be inspected and diagnosed correctly. The next day I was told the engine mounts needed repair and was given and additional $1600 bid, which they told me was a “courtesy” as it normally would cost more. I decided to drive my car to a private mechanic since I didn’t believe them or the diagnostics at this point. It was easy for the private mechanic to test that the engine mounts were fine and didn’t need repair. More
