We towed our dead Jeep in behind our motorhome without an appointment . Jacob got us all checked in and told us their next appointment was 3 weeks out. Even ordering parts which came from South Carolina they repair was completed in about three weeks which was when they thought they might even get to look at it. Dropped my jeep off to have work done. Needed a new engine installed. Once work was all done and i was told it was ready for pick up i came back from another state to be told it was not re Needed a new engine installed. After the new fuel cell was installed i was told again that it was ready. While in another state dealing with my father's death I kept getting calls telling me to come pick up my vehicle even on the day of the service. They were informed on what was going on and I told them once I was done with my father I would get back to my vehicle. When I finally got my vehicle I have been having nothing but problems with it and the service department has been sending me through loop. I travel for work and need reliable transportation and so far this is not it. Call me if you want better details More

Honestly wasn’t bad at first everything was going good. The communication isn’t there between anyone there. The mechanic wasn’t professional when I brought it back the 2nd time. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
