I Took my grand cherokee in for a problem with the tail lights (kept burning out after a day or so). The problem was not fixed, all they did was replace the bulbs again, and they gave me a list of other p lights (kept burning out after a day or so). The problem was not fixed, all they did was replace the bulbs again, and they gave me a list of other problems to address as well (rear brake pads, spark plugs, transmission fluid.....). The technician i talked to also argued with me and pretty much called me a liar because in his opinion there was no way i had recently replaced the lights. I assured him that they were fresh out of the package the day before and he told me that i must be mistaken. I also had the brake pads checked by an independent shop and they showed me that there was PLENTY of life left in them and would not recommend replacement. My advice is to verify any services they recommend because they have proven to me that they cannot be trusted. More
