Brought my car in for an oil change and check up, and it was one of the worst service visits I’ve had here. They used to do tire rotations and more in depth check ups, and when I mentioned something that I’ was one of the worst service visits I’ve had here. They used to do tire rotations and more in depth check ups, and when I mentioned something that I’ve been noticing I was told I would need to come back and set up an appointment if they didn’t spot it during the visual inspection. Each checkup has gotten progressively worse over the 6 years that I’ve been bringing my car, that I bought from here, to be serviced here. This will be the last time I bother coming here for any kind of “service”!!! More

Outstanding work as usual. Very friendly and courteous staff along with top notch mechanics. I had put off my scheduled maintenance for quite a bit, needed 30k and 50k stuff done, as well as oil change. T staff along with top notch mechanics. The overall buying experience has been great as usual with Lithia. I found a ding on the roof after I signed papers & before I drove it off the lot. So I'm only concerned with that.
