Came in with a request to replace an evaporator for my air conditioning unit for my Ram 1500,as well as some other work too. It was leaking Freon and also had a foul odor coming into the truck. The evaporator was fixed, and the odor was gone but it was still leaking Freon. I come to find out that they installed the evaporator improperly using old seals so it still leaked. Then they said it was a high pressure line so we replaced that. They kept the truck for the day to make sure that it wouldn’t leak. They gave it back to me assuring me it wasn’t leaking. I checked the area of the original leak when I got home and it was still lightly leaking. How could they miss this? Especially when there was still dye in the AC system from the original diagnosis. All I wanted was for them to be honest. They could’ve just told me they couldn’t figure it out. I would’ve respected their honesty and tried somewhere else. Instead they lied and misled me and wasted a lot of my time. Stay away from this dealership. One hand doesn’t know what the other one is doing. Shame on them. I’ll be reaching out to the The Better Business Bureau for sure More

The lot attendant was awesome and confirmed the jeep was certified pre owned as advertised online and had the extended 100,000 mile warranty. However when I was signing for the truck that guy said it wasn't certified pre owned as advertised online and had the extended 100,000 mile warranty. If I could give a 0 I would! My jeep sat there almost 4 days and until I called did someone say it was being looked at! Then it came back as a Fuel pump needed to be replace at a cost of $900 😳 I decid days and until I called did someone say it was being looked at! Then it came back as a Fuel pump needed to be replace at a cost of $900 😳 I decided to have it towed elsewhere and they had it fixed in under half hour after looking at it and it was FREE a kinked fuel line. I definitely that they were trying to screw me out of alot of money and it wasn't the issue!! Then on top of it the service manager was super rude to me and even made the comment of a few but the one he said was "dont come crying back to us when it breaks down in a week" who says that and wish I had never brought it to your service department! More

Takes way too long to get an oil change. The first day I tried, there was a 2-hour wait so I left to try another day. Came back a day later and waited for over an hour. When the service tech came in holding my keys, he was moving about half speed...maybe if Lithia Dodge-Eugene had Lube techs that had a little pep in their step like Les Schwab does, they might get things done sooner.
