My car had been dying so I took it to them and they charged me $2000 to fix it, got it back was still dying. Said it was something else and needed another $1200. I left a message with service supervisor telling them i emptied my savings for this problem to get fixed and it's not and never got a phone call back. My car still dies while driving out a highway. I didn't think that was even safe. I can't believe they gave me my vehicle back knowing I spent my money and it's not fixed. I'm new to Oregon and was surprised to see how a business runs like this, coming from the midwest! More
I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade, Jason promised me a new key since mine was damaged. As soon as I drove off the lot, a check engine light came on. I had to make 4 return trips to get the problem fixed, it was at the dealership almost 3 of the first 4 weeks I owned it! I still have not received the key I was promised! More

I had a very positive experience with the woman who checked me in for my appointment. I believe her name is Savana. She was very friendly and helpful. As for the cost of service and how it was explained, I was very disappointed. When I initially called to make my appointment, I asked about the cost to replace my burnt out brake light. I was told it would be $95, checking the recalls was free of charge, and the touch up paint I needed would be between $15-$20. That sounded reasonable to me. After dropping off my vehicle, I got a call from Seth (I believe was the name) letting me know that the cost to replace the light was going to be $278 (or something close to that) and I told him that I could get the part for under $100 elsewhere and my dad could do the works for me, and I declined the service. I felt frustrated that I had been told that the replacement would be $95, but it turns out that was just the initial cost to assess my vehicle and then the actual work would be hundreds of dollars more. I felt that was poor communication and it came across as deceiving. About two minutes after I hung up with Seth after telling him I could get the part cheaper elsewhere, he called me back and said that the mechanic happened to find the part that I need and it had been sitting around on a shelf for a long time and they were willing to go down on the price to get it off the shelf. Again, this felt dishonest that they were willing to cut the cost so significantly when I declined the initial offer, and makes me think that they otherwise would have taken advantage of me with the significantly higher price. I felt uneasy with the whole thing, but was thankful for the price match. I’m also thankful that I got my recalled issue resolved free of change, so thank you for that. More

I was told there would be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. After returning 2 hours later my car had not moved. It took 3 & 1/2 hours to be on my way and upon checkout no one took the time to go over a change. After returning 2 hours later my car had not moved. On top of being slow the service was bad and there seemed to be few COVID measures in place considering customers are asked to wait a lengthy amount of time in a common area. More
