Unorganized Weird how when you get your oil changed they don't even put a sticker on your windshield. When asked why they say that the stickers aren't very close Weird how when you get your oil changed they don't even put a sticker on your windshield. When asked why they say that the stickers aren't very close to the people that change the oil so "most" the time they forget. The best way to NOT forget is for management to require that it is done!! From a business owner perspective that's a pretty crazy reason for them not to do this. One other suggestion (Already made this a while ago and never received a response.....) ...if someone spends $1,200.00 for repairs why doesn't your car come back washed/cleaned? Technically....there shouldn't even be a dollar amount mentioned here...every car should be washed. That would be GREAT customer service! Seems to be enough people standing around to be able to make this happen! More
