I had been recommending this dealer to friends since it was a positive experience. Lately, I have had an issue with the vehicle that needs service technicians to fix. I bought the lifetime oil changes, and no appointments are required for those. That has worked out just fine as well. I called in on Tuesday (Oct 11, 2016) and described my electrical issue (back up lights and rear park assist being stuck on at all times). I was told to bring it in and they would look at it the next day. I decided to have the oil changed as well, combining the two missions into one trip. I took the day off work, and drove 308 miles round trip only to be told it would take up to two weeks before anyone could look at it. They wanted me to leave the vehicle there. I can walk well but 154 miles would be slightly beyond my ability. Since there is some miles left on the oil change, I ended up leaving disappointed. I will seek service elsewhere, and will not recommend anyone travel a long distance expecting to get assistance. I guess I should have selected a dealer closer to my home location. lesson learned..... More
