I was then assigned a service representative and went over the The problems with the vehicle which was the start stop did not work and i wanted them to do a battery xx . and xx the fuses and relay. the service rep said he would call me to confirm the battery and items listed above. when the service rep called, he said that I needed a new auxiliary battery and a relay for my start stop. with an oil change if would come to around 1000. I asked him why it was so expensive. He told me they were charging me 175. for a diagnostic when I got one through AAA. he then told me that he’s charging me $175 for diagnostic which I never agreed to and I’ve never been to a dealership where I was charged for a dx. if the work was done or not done. i was I never informed of such fees up front or did I sign a piece of paper agreeing to that amt. I should have been informed to begin with. when it was all said and done, the service man went to lunch and dumped my ppw on two other service men. I sat there for an hour, watching the service guys jumping on each other’s desk. at the end of it all I agree to an oil change and an auxiliary battery, and that came to 360 something dollars. next time I’ll buy the battery at the auto place. It’s only $109 and he charged me $200 labor to put a battery in.. they wanted to charge me $200 to put the relay fuse in the fuse box, so I decided that I was not going to fix my start stop at this time. however, the next day as I was driving my car, I start stop starting to work again and now it works with a new auxiliary battery. then just the other day I noticed that on the dash in my car, it said that I’m due for an oil change now, so I asked representative if you change my oil, he said he did ask him to buy the coupons he didn’t apply the coupons for the discount and when I got home, I really don’t even know if my oil was changed because they didn’t reset the button More
