I would have given 4or5 stars for the service of several weeks ago to replace my battery which had been misdiagnosed at Schwabs. Over the past two to three weeks I have called THREE TIMES and left a message with the service department along with a callback number requesting an appointment for an unrelated problem—leaking coolant fluid. Where to start it took multiple trips to the dealership to have an issue resolved. I was coming from out of town and made multiple trips back and forth. At one point I asked them to test drive the vehicle to have an issue resolved. I was coming from out of town and made multiple trips back and forth. At one point I asked them to test drive the vehicle before telling me it was fixed because I was coming from out of town and would arrive after hours. I call to confirm the test drive was done and the vehicle was fixed, and was assured it was. I show up to get my vehicle and it still had an exhaust leak. The only reason the get 2 stars is because JJ their service manager stepped up and made it right. If you must have service at this dealer I revoked you go straight to JJ. Maybe my experience was u usual but it left such a bad taste in my mouth I’m done with Ram pickups all together. More

I left my Charger in their parking lot with a rear main seal leaking, ps line leak, and an oil pan leak. Lithia stood by the quote they gave me when the service guys said they bit off more than they could seal leaking, ps line leak, and an oil pan leak.
