I brought my truck in to correct a leak coming from around the transmission. My truck windows were left down while being left outside in a rainstorm while in for service. I was offered a detail, but what I received was a wipe down and vacuum, my seat is still stained.I have pictures of the seat when I dropped off the truck and when I picked it up showing the stains. Although Jacob the service associate was helpful, he could not makeup for others failures. In addition, I just looked under my truck and I still have the exact same leak coming from the exact same place. I will be calling to set up to have it looked at again but at this point I have lost trust in Lithia service and don’t know if it is worth my time More
Lithia in Eugene is fantastic. They got me in within a week of calling. I spent a month calling the Roseburg Lithia and never received a call back to set up an appointment. Service advisors repeatedly do not go the extra mile to help me. I have had 4-5 in the past 3 years. I have issues under warranty and I can’t get anyone to help me. Service advisors are supposed to cont help me. I have had 4-5 in the past 3 years. I have issues under warranty and I can’t get anyone to help me. Service advisors are supposed to contact the warranty holder and get authorization for work. Time and time again they try to push this off onto me the consumer , but in order for a repair to be authorized, the warranty company has to receive a request from a dealer by phone and computer or fax etc. my check engine light is turned off instead of diagnosed. I really wish I received better customer care but I have not More
