I was in Eugene from out of town when my new car I bought from a Lithia dealer in Bend broke down. The staff at your dealership were very happy to help me find the right place to get help and home. Billy is a professional and very approachable to discuss options. He goes out of his way to make a difficult, stressful time, seem a little bit easier to withstand. I appreciate his kindness, his drive, and options. He goes out of his way to make a difficult, stressful time, seem a little bit easier to withstand. Lithia service was well versed in the latest systems and electronics. They diagnosed and resolved my issue very quickly. They also gave me advice how I could bring the 4xe in for my regular oil changes and electronics. They diagnosed and resolved my issue very quickly. They also gave me advice how I could bring the 4xe in for my regular oil changes and ask to check for any electronic updates that could be applied. This will help keep me up to date and help avoid future issues. Great team from Dakota in sales to the service department. More
I have been a frequent customer at Lithia. I bought a car there, bought tires, and have done my service and repairs there for over 10 years. I recently brought my Durango in because its serpen I bought a car there, bought tires, and have done my service and repairs there for over 10 years. I recently brought my Durango in because its serpentine belt was loose and made the classic screeching sound when I started it up. I told them I thought I needed a new belt or that perhaps the tensioner was bad and needed to be replaced. I waited several weeks to get in and when they finally looked at it I was told there was nothing wrong with the belt or tensioner and the problem was clearly the transmission that needed maintenance. When I questioned the diagnosis they insisted that that was the problem. I was skeptical, but said to go ahead with the transmission flush. The next morning the car made the same screeching sound so I called the service center and was told I could make another appointment for several more weeks out. So I bought a new belt and tensioner (which was clearly shot) and with the help of my father in law had the car fixed in about 15 minutes. I take my car to the dealership for more competent service than what I can do on my driveway at home. Very disappointing. More
