The service department went above and beyond to fix our car. I think I already did a techie but it's well worth another one. Jake battled with warranty over our transmission and getting it replaced. Not only did he talk on the phone back and forth countless times but he was on the phone the instant I called him and told him they denied the claim. Not only did he get on the phone right away but he got us a new transmission and a brand new one at that, not used. We do a lot of business with this dealership and I don't see it changing anytime soon. I know the service crew all worked on our car and they are awesome too but Jake made what could have been a very frustrating time much more smother. I hope he gets a lot of credit for that. More
