Vehicle was at the dealership for a few weeks. Needed spark plugs, wiring, power steering, and some suspension work. Vehicle repairs cost $6,700. After vehicle was finished. Vehicle was driven the next day, violent shaking started to happen, we pulled over and noticed there were bolts missing from the tie rods, or suspension. Dealership came and picked up the vehicle. A few days later, they said it was finished and they dropped it off. No explanation, no report explaining what they had fixed and what they had found wrong with the vehicle. Dealership made a huge mistake by not ensuring the work was done properly and correctly. A severe accident and even death could of occurred. Thank God it did not. The dealership does not want to own up to their mistake, and they have had no conversation with me trying to make it right. More
