I would rate this experience as less than a 1 star if I could. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning at 800AM, there is a text line and a call line to get updates on my car. I didn’t receive anyt could. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning at 800AM, there is a text line and a call line to get updates on my car. I didn’t receive anything. By 1030, I texted. 1100, I called and was told I would get a call back. By 1130, I texted again without having received a call back. By 1150, I called and was told I would get a call back. Around 1230-100, I called again because at this point I just needed my car back. I still had not received the call back. No diagnosis, no indication of the work starting. I got back to the dealership by 230 to get my car and any information associated with the work that day. I was given my quotes at 305 or so, without any description of the labor, how long it would take, what parts were required and told to come back another day since the parts would need to be ordered. Since then, I have called back 3 times trying to get a couple questions answered and to schedule a time for the work. I have not been called back, I have not been able to schedule a time, or order the parts. Very very disappointing. More
