The service writer never called us to tell us our car was done getting detailed. The only thing done to the vehicle for the detail was the floor mats were vacuumed. The upholstery was never touched, the outside wasn’t washed. It still had dog hair from the previous owners. The service writer got snappy with us for not wanting to travel the 2 and a half hours for another botched detail, so we decided it would be best if we got it detailed in the town where we live. We were told by the rep that he had to have his manager contact us, which he never did. Again, I was told he would contact us by the following Tuesday. We called back to the salesman the following Thursday and he was happy to let us know we could get it detailed anywhere in the town we live and to send him the information of the appointment so we did. Then after the detail was done you guys didn’t pay for weeks and then we were told you sent a check to the physical address of the dealership down here instead of their P. O. Box. Other than the initial sale the whole experience has been the biggest trouble I’ve ever had with a dealership and I’m not looking forward to doing business with Litha again.
