They put the wrong oil in my car and then told me that they will change it to the correct oil and after that I would need to use a different location. My 1st experience was great. My second not so much. When I picked up my car I noticed there was oil all over the drivers handle and down the drivers door. When I got in the car there were oil marks on the leather by the radio and all over the steering wheel. When I got home I noticed some more on the hood and all down the passenger door, what the heck. The inside of the car bothered me most, I take care of my vehicles and expect the dealership to do the same. I get it, you change oil all day, but wipe your hands off before you get into someone’s car. More
