That was weeks ago, don't know the guy's name. But it seemed like a failure in the complete service department communication.

Communication was horrible throughout the whole process. It took weeks to get a seatbelt in which is a safety hazard. And once they had it in, it took several more weeks before. Someone could put it in. Which was an hour-long process as I was told. I made several phone calls and no returns on status throughout the whole process. Even left messages on the service manager's line. And nobody would answer the phone or return my calls. Sometimes for 3 or 4 days.
