Kirk texted pictures of the truck so that we could see what it looked like and also accepted pictures of our trade in. Within about three hours or so, we had a deal and were scheduled to drive down to Klamath Falls the next day. The price for the new truck was extremely fair and while the trade-in offer was a little less than we had received from the other dealer, we were happy to accept due to the smooth process. We felt listened to and the entire process was fair and honest. This was completely different from a Portland area dealer we attempted to work with. After weeks of run around, not listening to us, and just being downright shady, we decided it was time to move on. We are so glad that Lithia had this truck in stock and that we had the opportunity to work with them. More

We drove five hours from Hood River to purchase this truck because it was the best priced vehicle around Oregon and had all the features we wanted. (We checked the website inventory of approximately fifteen different Ram dealers.) John “J.D.” Dahle was our salesperson. We were so happy with the service we received from him. He was personable, straight forward and knowledgeable. He was careful to answer any questions that came up. We felt no pressure. I would not buy a car any other way. Mike in the Finance Department was also friendly and helpful. We felt like the people at this dealer valued our business and wanted us to have a good experience.
