I have had many frustrating experiences with this dealership with no resolve until my recent visit. Service Manager Justin went above and beyond to make the situation right for me and to get my car repaired once and for all! He addressed all my concerns, made multiple attempts to find the problem, kept me informed the whole time what was being done (3.5 weeks) and worked with my warranty company to put me in a rental so I wasn’t without a car. He made sure they found the problem and I am so excited to say for the first time since I bought the car the front end appears to be completely fixed!!! I am so grateful for these two and the whole team that worked so hard to get my car repaired! They made my experience far beyond my expectations! Thank you!!!!! More
