On the road again! My wife and I were travelling home from San Diego to Spokane after attending our grandson's USMC boot camp graduation. We needed to get home to host a celebration with the entire family while he is on leave. While towing our travel trailer north with our 2000 ram 2500 cummins diesel we noticed a load hissing noise while under load. I noticed that we had a cracked exhaust manifold. Jeremy , unbelievably, was able to get us into the shop in less than an hour! Loren identified the noise as coming from the turbo boost tube boot and corrected the problem. I wanted the manifold replaced also, and he was able to accomplish that the following morning. I can't say enough about these two gentlemen! We were treated with great concern, compassion and professionalism. I feel that they really bent over backwards to get us on the road again. We were also accommodated with a rental car overnight to eliminate any inconvenience. I only wish we lived closer to this dealership! More
