Brought my truck in for a simple sales code to be added to enable the bed light on my new truck (I added them after I bought it) This turned into a two day ordeal with the tech going through all sorts of n to enable the bed light on my new truck (I added them after I bought it) This turned into a two day ordeal with the tech going through all sorts of nonsense before I had to drive up and speak with the service writer and tech and give them the sales code they needed to enter and how to do it. I then get the truck back after paying $180, mind you I had been told that there wouldn't be a charge multiple times to do the job. Not even 24hrs later a rattle becomes very noticeable behind the dash and my easy exit seat does not work. Then when I released the parking brake a bolt fell down from behind the steering wheel onto the floor board. After I contacted the service writer he tells me the tech had "lost" that bolt and had it replaced with a new one, upon my own inspection I found where the bolt had fallen from (holding up a computer of some sort...seems important) which was also the cause of the rattle, He then couldn't tell me how to reset my easy exit seat, but said it was a result of the tech flashing the computer and not re-calibrating it. So I had to look up online how to do this. I have since tried calling the service write to no answer. I do not think it was right for them to keep my truck for so long for something so simple, and go through the process of what I can only assume was taking my dash apart, and then not even putting it back together or setting my truck up. On top of this charging me and then I had to do all this work to make it right. More
