Monika L always does a thorough job when we bring our Pacifica in for repair. She makes sure we are up to speed on how long repairs take and if there is anything that concerns us. She is the best. The saleswomen was very nice and willing to work around our needs. The financial department didn’t give a good a deal to me for being a returning customer or bringing someone else to but a car. Wasn’t even our needs. The financial department didn’t give a good a deal to me for being a returning customer or bringing someone else to but a car. Wasn’t even offered the referral bonus until after we bought 2 vehicles and it was to refer someone else. I just brought someone to them and purchased a car. Didn’t get the bonus they always flash for referrals. More
