I called early in the morning and asked what the soonest the service department could take me in to change the oil in my car. They instructed me to bring the car in and they would be glad to do it. I did, they took me in immediately and was out of there in about 2 hours. I waited in a beautiful waiting, comfortable waiting room room, had coffee and soon I was gone. My Lithia experience has always been good. I’m glad I bought my car there. More

With 3 kids that have been car shopping through the lunch hours, the long wait in between was rough. Other than that, everything was great. There was another lady that helped me the next Monday that was sooooo wonderful. I didnt catch her name, but I was getting my tires checked and as busy as they were she got me in and out in a flash.
