Salesman quit and referred me to another salesman named Isaac who wasn’t a bit interested in helping someone he didn’t sell a car to as evident by his lack of response to my inquiries. As far as the service department, I was told they can’t run testing for alignment on my 2022 vehicle back in April but they would have it calibrated in about two weeks and call me when I could bring it and this is August and I’ve heard nothing. The testing needs to happen because a Dodge employee drove my vehicle without permission and now the steering wheel is off center and they are aware of this. It also took three tries to get the tint right so I hope it lasts! More
