This service department is the worst, will not answer or return calls the only way to talk to anyone is you have to show up in person. As far as warranty we own a Canadian vehicle and they will not work on return calls the only way to talk to anyone is you have to show up in person. Absolutely avoid this place. No one in service answered the phone. The only way to get someone on the phone is call sales and pretend you’re gonna buy then make them walk 40ft to No one in service answered the phone. They’ve had our pickup for a week and we finally got the text to say we could pick it up. We just drove 30min and we’re told that everyone in the service dept already left for the weekend and we are out of luck until Monday. We actually have jobs and have to get to work and need our vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. More

The service department is incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. They will take advantage of women by recommending services not needed.
