"Recall part and a diagnosis of another"

The recall went as promised however the diagnosis on my check engine light and transmission problem not so much.I was told it would cost me $95 to be told what was wrong. Also I was having problems with the engine dying when I stepped on the brake after sitting for a few hrs or overnite and then driving in the morning..not happy

"Great People, Great Service"

My husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from Lithia in Eugene. We have always been treated very well by the Sales, Finance, and Service Departments. The staff always greets us by name and seem genuinely happy to see us. On the few occasions when one of our vehicles has had an issue, the Service Department has taken the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and then to make sure we know what the problem was and how it was taken care of. I have recommended Lithia to friends and family for both purchases and service, and will continue to do so.

"Professional service but very busy. "

I've had two major repair jobs done here. The work itself has been excellent both times. Daryl at the front "desk" was persistent, gave me timely feedback via email as requested, and even threw in a gratis rental because I was coming from 20 miles out. They are very busy though, so be prepared for long waits. On the other hand, there's great pub literally across the street that has great food.

"Always a good experience for me, my dog and the Jeep!"

Wonderful new facility that is a joy to visit. Very comfortable lounge area. The service writer was friendly and genuine in my interactions before and after the Jeep was ready to go. They wanted to do a 30K mile service on this visit which is about $1000. I still had 1400 miles to go before I actually hit 30K and said I did not think I would use that many miles before my next oil change in three months. The service writer looked at my past mileage on the computer and verified that I had only driven 1,000 miles since my last oil change. I deferred service til next visit. Seems to me that if you get any service earlier than you need too, your vehicle has to go that much longer before the next service is needed in those areas.
