Howard Forte went the extra mile! My father loved Chrysler's and Dodge. He special ordered his 1957 Chrysler Saratoga and even flew back to the factory and drove it home to Oregon. His parents ordered their '64 Chrysler Imperial, which we have, and he had special ordered his '87 Lebaron, '93 LHS, 2010 Chrysler 300 Hemi, all from Lithia Motors of Medford. For his business here in Medford, he special ordered his '99 Dodge Ram Laramie. Two years ago we picked from the Lithia lot, our 2016 Big Horn Ram. We enjoyed the Big Horn so much, that these last two very busy days of the end of the business year purchase, we needed to quickly find our next new 2018 Big Horn to be identical to what we have. Knowing it would be tough, I called Howard Forte and put him to the test to find our exact match with 60/40 seat, silver color and short bed. Within minutes he called me back with our exact match. We came to Lithia, and once we looked it all over and Howard answered all our detailed questions, Howard made the transaction smooth and easy all the way to showing us the rear camera delay that we did not know about in our first Big Horn, and explained the U-connect that we had not known about in our other Big Horn, either. He even arranged to hold our vehicle until our running board and accessories were installed. Howard was very professional, friendly and offered personal tips from his own Big Horn experience as an owner of a Big Horn himself. We still own all eight of our Chrysler products and still drive and lovingly garage them every night.
