I made a 6-hour drive (12 hours round trip) to look at a truck after confirming ahead of time that there were no leaks and no significant cosmetic issues. When I arrived, the reality did not match what I was told: * The truck had oil actively dripping from it * The idle hours were extremely high, raising serious concerns about wear, yet the staff showed no knowledge or concern * Every issue I brought up was met with shrugging and no attempt to address or resolve anything * I was told it was a clean one-owner vehicle, but the Carfax showed it was actually a fleet vehicle There was no attempt to take responsibility, no effort to correct the situation, and no acknowledgment of the time I wasted based on their assurances. This is the third bad experience with this service department. I had called and scheduled a service appointment for my diesel truck. I was there at the appointment time. I had purposely scheduled this appointment in between two other appointments. When I checked in on the progress, my truck had not even been taken in for service. They were unable to offer a loaner so I could get to my appointment while my truck was serviced. I left without getting my truck serviced. More
