I will say that Lithia you need to remove the very misleading "customer loyalty rewards" figures from the website it is not something you can actually receive and it simply leaves a negative feeling with us the customer i still think about it, i seen it and since i had purchased there before i automatically believed i would receive it then i felt bad for your salesmen having to explain No thats not how it works. It really is nothing but a negative and you should eliminate it from the site or honor it as it states "loyalty rewards" i have been a Loyal customer! More
