Everything was fine. Wish the wait time was less. But overall a good experience. Why do you need twenty five words to know how I feel? Was the first three lines not enough? Should I use more adjectives? Maybe focus on the words used and not on the quantity thereof? Maybe I don't want to write a book on how I feel about an oil change? Or should I be expected to put my feelings into a few chapters of my next book titled, "Crap companies come up with to make themselves feel better about overpriced good and services."?
