Terrible! Sold me an unsafe vehicle that wasn’t inspected correctly, was back in their shop for the first 30 days I owned it. They charged me for LoJack and tracker for the 2 vehicles I bought at the same ti correctly, was back in their shop for the first 30 days I owned it. They charged me for LoJack and tracker for the 2 vehicles I bought at the same time there even though I said no they said I had to purchase because it was already on the vehicle. Pure fraud. The Roseville Toyota store was just as bad charging me LoJack on a truck I bought there in January. Same general manager. Finance department is completely scandalous. Many complaints about them. More

Paid $40 to buy back my batteries....bought a sensor $79 and paid local garage $60 labor...Truck runs like a champ again...local farmer good friend, they got him for $2600, for his truck repairs, local garage finally fixed his for $200 More
Did not receive registration tags because of incorrect paperwork sent to the DMV. Had to make several trips and several calls to the DMV to get tags before temporary Registration expired. I purchased portfolio FOB insurance when I purchased my 2017 Toyota Highlander On March 20 2021. They did not submit the paperwork to portfolio so when I needed a FOB I couldn’t get it. I made several requests to jhon l Sullivan to submit paperwork which they dident do. I ended up emailing a photo of my contract to Portfolio who then emailed it to jhon l Sullivan. These things were not handled correctly resulting in a lot of my time being wasted following up on things that Should of been handled correctly in the first place. I made many calls to the financial dept to resolve these issues they never resolved my problems I had to do it. More

Do not buy a car from them and do not purchase their dent care or any of their extended warranty services. They have been a nightmare to deal with. We cancelled the extra services we purchased because we tra care or any of their extended warranty services. They have been a nightmare to deal with. We cancelled the extra services we purchased because we traded our car. Cancelled on 05/15/21. We called the services 800# and they are stating that the services are still not cancelled to this day. We spoke to a manager when we cancelled because they have lied to us during the whole buying process which was another nightmare. Even though we have tried over and over to just get them to do their job they are terrible people. Their finance, their management, even their customer relations person. We are a military family with great credit. We pay our bills, pay our taxes, and serve our country and this is how we get treated. Stay far away they do not value their customers. More
