I’ve had multiple concerning experiences with this dealership. After a service visit in December 2024, my check engine light started coming on—something that had never happened before. When I left a negative review, a manager contacted me and offered compensation in exchange for changing it. I gave them another chance and returned on 07/30/2025 for brake and rotor service. Now, in April 2026, I started hearing grinding noises while braking. Upon inspection, I found that bolts had fallen off my brake calipers—an extremely dangerous issue that could have caused a serious accident. I’ve had brake work done many times elsewhere and never experienced anything like this. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of work and overall practices here. I will be reporting this to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I would strongly caution others before trusting this dealership with their vehicle. More

Our 4-year-old car has been in their shop for multiple issues that are all to do with faulty parts and recalls. We were told we would get an update on the status of the car, and that if they needed to kee issues that are all to do with faulty parts and recalls. We were told we would get an update on the status of the car, and that if they needed to keep the car another day, then we would get a loaner. We received no update, and finally had to call them after 4pm if we would get a loaner. We were told they had none left, and when I asked about a rental, I was told I’d need to pay out of pocket. I was then told that I should “inconvenience myself for another day” and wait to see if we get approval from Ford for them to cover a rental. We still haven’t heard about a loaner or a rental an entire day later, but we have heard that our 4-year-old car needs over $1000 worth or work for a faulty part that somehow isn't covered under warranty. Rude, unhelpful staff at this location who can’t be bothered with us even though we were sold a lemon. More

Bought a truck that needed a few things fixed. A few things happened due to the repairs. Was not getting called back. Like to thank Oscar for answering my calls and or returning them right away.
