Hello Beth, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience and extended wait times with our service department. Unfortunately, we simple do not have enough technicians currently to handle the influx of maintenance and repair needs and are actively searching to increase our staff. This has been an issue brought up by many customers lately and it is our top priority to get each client serviced in a more timely manner. If we ever get another opportunity to assist with your service needs I encourage you to schedule a mobile service for most maintenance items which will work around your schedule and make it as convenient as possible.
