Exceptional Customer Service I have always been a bit leery of "dealerships"! Last week I spent the day at Broadway Ford and was actually blown away at how well I was taken care o I have always been a bit leery of "dealerships"! Last week I spent the day at Broadway Ford and was actually blown away at how well I was taken care of. My service manager, Matt Carroll went above and beyond during my six hours stay to keep me posted on the progress of my SUV, provided a free shuttle to a restaurant and back (and he also recommended the really great lunch spot), he was honest and basically held my hand through the process. The senior repair specialist, Val came to the lobby to speak to me and gave me detailed explanation of the process. He was super great as well. The gentleman who drove us the restaurant was kind and humorous. Each employee that passed by me in the lobby greeted me with a genuine hello, one gentleman even brought my dog a bowl of water. The dealership is the cleanest space also. Making a day long wait tolerable. I live over two hours away. I highly recommend Broadway Ford to anyone. They now have a new customer. I will for sure bring my SUV back for repairs and will consider purchasing when that time comes. Thank you to all at Broadway Ford, especially Matt Carroll for making my experience so wonderful. More

Terrible service We have bought three trucks from these guys one of our trucks the wheel fell off twice the other one had no bolts in the front and and whenever we tr We have bought three trucks from these guys one of our trucks the wheel fell off twice the other one had no bolts in the front and and whenever we try to service our trucks here they never get our trucks done and it's a disgrace to the to the proud ford the family and we love ford but we will not come back to Broadway ford in Idaho Falls More

Perfect experience. I recently brought my 2010 Lincoln MKZ in to be detailed. Everything was set up by Matt Carroll and all was accomplished just as promised. When it was returned to me, the car looked as good inside and out as it did the day I bought it brand new. The communications were great and everything was accomplished on time. Pretty easy I purchased a used car from Broadway ford. My sales person was Richard mulligan.
