Very disapointed in the Ownership of this dealership. While visiting to have a repair done for my truck and looking into the possibility of a new truck, I had the misfortune to witness the Owner of Broadw While visiting to have a repair done for my truck and looking into the possibility of a new truck, I had the misfortune to witness the Owner of Broadway Ford, Mont they called him, in an exchange with an employee. I was horrifies at his demeanor and callused indignation of his staff. As I walked back to the service area I felt I could not leave the dealership fast enough. I will never, nor do I recommend anybody else do business with this dealership. Nobody should be treated in the way this man treated his staff. I've heard rumors about Broadway in the past and always shrugged them off, no more. No place to do business. More

Wonderful Service I was passing through the area and my truck broke down. I called the service department and Paul asked me a few question about what was going on and I was passing through the area and my truck broke down. I called the service department and Paul asked me a few question about what was going on and set an appointment that day to get it looked at. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Paul and Jason. They were both very polite and reassuring about getting my vehicle looked at. After a few hours they were able to not only get the vehicle looked at but also get me back on the road!! I am very grateful for all the help they were able to give me getting me back on the road.
