Travel Woes Had blown plug in Excursion while traveling from Canada. Paul diagnosed problem in parking lot when arrived, Val confirmed in shop and did excellent Had blown plug in Excursion while traveling from Canada. Paul diagnosed problem in parking lot when arrived, Val confirmed in shop and did excellent work. Squeezed us in to start work that day. Dealership helped us get good rate on rental car for weekend as the shop was closed on Saturday (would have been nice). Finished work on Monday and had us on our way home by 11:00 AM. Found some other issues while doing work and attended to same. In the end our vehicle was running better than it had in some time. This was not found by our home dealership. Very impressed, happy with work done and fair price. Only issue would have been nice if service was open on Saturday, but we all need a life away from work. I give the whole team ***** (5 stars). Would go to them again and if traveling and knew needed some work would plan service there. Highly recommend the team at Broadway Ford, thanks so much for helping us out of a pinch and easing the pain. More

Him and ben were really knowledgable about pretty much everything and really helped us overcome some obstacles to get the car that we really wanted, at a really great deal no less.
