We recently purchased a 2014 Fusion from Broadway Ford. Adam was our salesman. He was very professional. He was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. That was the deal maker. We were in Salt Lake a few days before and on a whim, we stopped at Willey Ford to just look at cars. We ended up driving a new 2013 Fusion. After having our trade appraised, the salesman proceeded to insult us with a ridiculous offer. I told him that the offer was an insult and left. The car we actually purchased came from Willey's inventory. We saved $5700 by purchasing a 2014 through Broadway over the 2013 that Willey offered us. I enjoyed telling the Willey salesman when he called a few days later. Obviously, we tell everyone to shop local rather than going out of state to buy. Eric was very prompt and efficient in getting our financing coordinated. Adam introduced me to Randy and Tim in the service department where Tim scheduled our first service appointment. Overall, I must say that the entire transaction was very pleasant on our part.
