Was in Idaho Falls and stopped by the Broadway Ford Body Shop with a question about a loose door gasket. Without hesitation, he said he had an empty bay and asked if had 30 minutes. Surprised at the question, I asked if he was sure and he responded, "Absolutely." Fifteen minutes later, Robert came out and said the truck was good to go and if the repair didn't work to call him and he'd go to Plan B. Very satisfied with the amazing service and quick turnaround. When the fuel pumps went out on the Ram Randy sent the tow truck out and got it fixed in great time. Got a ride home too. Randy is the best. Jason has always been very nice and greets you are soon as you come in. Takes care of what he needs to do to get the service work started. Always very personable. We have never been treated bad by anyone at the dealership. More
