By listening closely (and patiently) to what I said, Tyler steered my to what he knew would make me happy in the long run. He urged my to drive what I thought I wanted as well as what he recommended. After driving both trucks,, it was obvious that I needed the one Tyler recommended. We wanted to trade in both our vehicles for new vehicles, but the vehicles we wanted needed to meet very specific items, as well as be within a very strict budget we had set. Broadway Ford, more specifically, Dennis Bedwell, Dustin Mahaffey and one of their finance guys, Bruce, went above and beyond. While most dealership salespeople listened to us, told us we were a little unreasonable (in more professional terms, of course) and sent us on our way with a promise to call should something come up, Dennis, Dustin and Bruce immediately jumped into action. Over the course over two very long days, they worked tirelessly to get us exactly what we wanted. I will continue to keep my car purchasing business with Broadway Ford because of their efforts, and will be sending as many people to them as I possibly can. More

Desparate My new 250 Lariat gave me a warning during my drive from Albuquerque that my diesel exhaust was not working well. I went in and spoke to MATT CARROLL My new 250 Lariat gave me a warning during my drive from Albuquerque that my diesel exhaust was not working well. I went in and spoke to MATT CARROLL.
