Superior Customer Service!! I recently had a problem with the front end of my truck and unusual wear on my tires. The folks at Broadway Ford recognized the problem and didn't sto I recently had a problem with the front end of my truck and unusual wear on my tires. The folks at Broadway Ford recognized the problem and didn't stop looking until they found the cause. That was refreshing as most of the service departments at the dealerships I have been to would not spend the time to find the problem. I was told to just keep driving and let them know if the problem continues. Once the malfunctioning parts were found Jason Eggertsen ordered the parts. When he called back I told him that I was out of town for a couple of weeks and we scheduled a service appointment the day after I would return. I arrived that morning and told Jason that I had been called into work and I needed to leave at a certain time to make it back home to get ready for work. Jason told me he would do everything he could do. To my surprise the truck was done in a short amount of time and I was ready to get on the road. I had prepared myself for a long, boring waiting at the dealership as I live and hour and a half away. Not only did Jason get me out of there quickly but the problem has been resolved. Thank you so much Jason and the whole service crew down there. As always you truly understand what customer service is all about! More

Ease of appointment, friendly staff I needed to get my vehicle in but my schedule makes it tough to drop it off. I have been taking my Fords to Broadway for twenty plus years now and will continue to do so based on them going the extra mile to ensure their customers are both taken care of and satisfied. Mr. Cate is always willing to discuss my concerns and takes personal ownership to ensure the customer is satisfied. Their prices for repairs are reasonable and have recommend alternative actions to save me (the customer) money. I have taken my vehicles in for service with them not charging me because they didn't find anything wrong. This action demonstrates their business ethic and recognition that customer service is a high priority item for continued customer satisfaction. More

I called and spoke with Blake, he got me scheduled and set up for the next day to get my Ford Escape in and checked. When I showed up Blake was busy with another customer so Jason checked me in and assured me Blake would be in touch with me through out the day to keep me updated. That he did. He kept me updated and well informed on what was wrong with my car and how long it would take. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I think his name was Paul. He got all me checked out and on my way. These gentleman were very friendly and patient.This won't be last time I come to Broadway Ford. More

Great Service --The extra mile I was sent a recall on my Ford Escape, called my local dealer and was given an appointment to have it fixed that week. I had a family emergency and forgot to call and reschedule. When I finally remembered and called them, The schedule another appointment. I delivered the car early in the morning and that afternoon they called to say it was done. I didn't have a ride to go get it so they sent someone to pick me up. Not only had they done the recall, but my car was washed vacuumed and inspected for safety. Thanks to Jason Eggertsen and his crew, it was a really great experience! More
