My new Bronco’s air conditioner has failed 4 times since spring. Although the service scheduler, Lisa Crabtree, has been excellent, I have never heard from the service manager. After several attempts with other dealers, I was referred to Allen at Lithia motor. In a couple of days they were able to diagnose the problem and repair it under warranty. Had a new motor put in my truck. They were supposed to fix the 4 wheel drive while they had it. Check engine light came on after about 20 miles. Took it back and they zip tied the o They were supposed to fix the 4 wheel drive while they had it. Check engine light came on after about 20 miles. Took it back and they zip tied the oil pressure sensor connector on because it was broken. About a week later I tried to put it in 4 wheel drive and it didn't work. A couple of days later I noticed a fuel line on the side of the moter leaking. At just over 3000 miles it had starting issues. Took it in again they fixed the 4 wheel drive and the starting. Picked it up started it four different times. The fifth time it wouldn't start again. Also noticed while I was trying to get it started they didn't fix the fuel leak. More
