Took vehicle in for an oil change. Was told the fuel filters were due for change and they would also rotate tires. Agreed to all and they went to work. They called and said cabin filters needed changed as well so agreed. They got done rather quickly for all the stuff needed and now I know why. I didn't get a mile down the road and a warning comes up that there's water in fuel. Immediately drive back to dealer and they check and determine the tech didn't fully plug something in, I was told. Drove off again and this time got on freeway and was heading back home and another warning comes up, low tire pressure. Front tires were 20 PSI too high and rears were 20 PSI low because they didn't check for proper pressures when they rotated. Had to find a tire shop on way home to fix it. Not a good experience at all this time. More

The solution to the safety recall appeared to be a couple fender washers, a couple rivets, and some adhesive on the heat deflector shield. That was fine but the heat deflector shield more towards the front o fender washers, a couple rivets, and some adhesive on the heat deflector shield. That was fine but the heat deflector shield more towards the front of the truck was loose and hanging down onto the exhaust. I was informed that the area it was in was not covered in the recall and was quoted $465 to replace. A couple rivets and some adhesive would have fixed it and what I ended up doing at home. Also at the dealership I asked to be shown the issue and was informed that it was under the truck, DUH! I had made the appointment over a week in advance, the recall letter stated that the recall solution should be no more than half of a day. When I dropped of the truck first thing in the morning the dealership stated that it would take all day because they had scheduled so many recalls. It did take all day. More
